Why is the approval manual?+
The Shopify Theme Store doesn't pass any referral identifier on theme purchases. The only verifiable proof is the Shopify invoice, which we cross-check against our Theme Store sales data.
When do I get paid?+
Once a referral is approved as a confirmed conversion, it becomes payable. Payouts are triggered manually by Developpy via PayPal, in EUR.
What if my referral is rejected?+
We'll add a note explaining why. Most common reasons: receipt unreadable, duplicate, or not matching our Theme Store records.
Can I change my referral ID later?+
No. Your referral ID is permanent once you register. Choose carefully.
Is there more than one commission tier?+
No. The program runs on a single flat 20% rate for every approved partner. We may introduce volume tiers later — when we do, current partners keep the better of the two.
